Your orders can be paid for with the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfers
- Cryptocurrencies (in some cases)
Credit or Debit Card
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our merchant provider (Stripe).
All payments are processed directly on that provider and we don’t store or even know the full details of your card, for this reason we cannot deal with issues related to your card.
In other words, if your card is being declined, ask your bank why or use another one.
Bank Transfer
If you wish to save money, you can pay with a bank transfer in GBP, EUR, USD and get an additional discount (currently 3%).
All payments will be processed automatically once we get the full amount, provided that you have set the correct payment reference, which is the number of the purchase order.
You can also pay multiple orders with a single transfer, just make sure to include the numbers of all the purchase orders you have placed and to send the overall exact amount.
For example, if you placed 2 orders whose numbers are #12345 and #12346, the correct reference would be “ORDERS 12345,12346″ or simply “12345,12346“.
If you send the wrong reference or amount your order could be delayed by 1-2 working days as the payment would need to be processed manually.
Cryptocurrencies
We don’t usually accept payments in cryptocurrencies and this is why you don’t see this method at the checkout, but if you wish to pay in crypto, we may arrange a transfer if the following conditions are met:
- the amount of the order is at least £/$/€ 500 equivalent;
- this is not your first purchase (you already paid before with another method);
- you have been our client for at least 3 months.
The reason why we need these conditions to be met is that we need to identify all our clients and reduce our burdens.
If you wish to proceed with this payment method, you need to submit a ticket by selecting “Billing & Payment”.
